Our Policy:
• All returns must be processed through VIP WHOLESALE PARTS page
• To ensure proper credit is given, all information is to be completed on the web forms.
• All returns must be in their original container and in their original condition
• All Parts are to be checked for fitment and damage prior to prepping, painting, or welding,
• There is a 30-day limit on all Returnable items.
• All Special-Order parts are non-returnable.
• All cores must be returned in the original box. No exceptions.
• No returns on safety related parts, i.e. seat belts, air bags or their related components
• No returns on any electrical or electronic components
• All cores must be drained of all fluids-no exceptions. Leaking cores will be charged a $75.00 fee
